The location is Sunset Baptist Church on Hwy 290. Please mail your Proxy by February 7th so that you can be included in the drawing for a $50 Visa gift card. Also, if you see any of the three gentlemen who have submitted their names for our 2011 Directors, please thank them for volunteering. I haven't told them their proposed salary will be cut by 20% due to the downturn in the economy. Leroy Churchill HOA Secretary/Treasuer http://www.sawyerranch.com/default.php As many of you know, this light fixture fell to the ground last January or February. This was due to some strong winds and subsequent violent swinging of the large fixture. We called the electrician that installed the fixture to repair the fixture. He ordered new glass but it never came in. He ordered a new fixture but it got backordered. I could write more but will not! He won''t answer calls or e-mails so I asked Lawrance Little, one of our residents and my neighbor, to hang the new light fixture. He graciously agreed to do this and did it today! Lawrance also did some electrical work at our Amenity Center a few months back to take some of our existing lights off a photo cell and place on a timer so that all the lights come on and off at the same time. The Board will review all of the comments and will have our HOA lawyer revise several of the proposed covenants for the 2011 Annual Meeting. Thanks to all that attended on this chily night!
