The Vistas of Sawyer Ranch Homeowners Association is a nonprofit corporation managed by a board of directors. The role of the neighborhood board is to identify and resolve issues, which can range from safety to questions about the common areas. The board seeks to promote a sense of community and encourages residents to be the eyes and ears of the neighborhood – and to contact the appropriate party for resolution of issues when needed. VSR residents are encouraged to attend both the annual and quarterly HOA meetings. The Board will notify residents of these meetings via email.
